Data Processing specialist Job Definition Print & Mail company in Suwanee GA is seeking a skilled data processing specialist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the direct mail industry. Candidate must be well-versed in BCC Mail Manager, USPS regulations, and various database management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Process mailing list data following client work orders and schedules.
Import and cleanse mailing list data using DB management tools.
Utilize postal industry software for CASS, NCOA, Enhanced Merge/Purge, and Presort operations.
Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and address issues.
Coordinate with production managers in other departments to facilitate workflow.
Manage PostalOne! submission rejections and implement necessary corrections or workarounds.
Make recommendations to management on process improvement
Work with Team Lead to resolve issues

Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy.
Ability to self-manage data production and prioritize workload.
Excellent problem-solving skills based on industry experience.
Strong PC skills and technical aptitude.
Experience working with XML data
Experience managing/manipulating data in MS Excel, MS Access and MS SQL Server
