Account Manager

Located in Markham, we are one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Ontario. We are expanding quickly and seeking a Wealth Management Account Manager to help sustain that growth. The right candidate will have a passion for customer service.

Job Definition

This role will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You’ll be the lead contact between external customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the timely, successful delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction of all Doxim solutions.


  • Operate as the day to day point of contact for any and all matters specific to defined customer set
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Doxim solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Meet/exceed annual financial targets
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience
  • Relevant industry knowledge of Canadian Wealth Management landscape: clients, solutions, needs
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on Wealth Management customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excels at teamwork and collaboration with others
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly on Excel and PowerPoint
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity and the ability to establish trust

  • Advanced communication skills – written and verbal (French is an asset)
